Giant Loop ZigZag handlebar bag 2020 - Review

I have two of the bags for my motorcycles. I’m not a big fan of tank bags unless I’m going on a long trip. The Zigzag works well for day trips. Agreed that it should be water proof. I have a lot of Giant Loop products. I always complain about the expense but i keep buying it due to the workmanship.

Giant Loop = bulletproof 👍 I use the Diablo tank bag on my T700 and perfect fit and function

You can hang the bag facing the front of the bike to eliminate clearance issues

Nice balanced review 👍 Shame GL don't make them waterproof. I'm still considering getting one for my CRF though, as the Mosko Nomad tank bag I bought does get in the way a bit when I'm standing up on the pegs.

There are tabs left and right - you can perhaps tie these to your handguard mounts to stop the bag rotating.

I looked into the handlebar bags but wanted a waterproof bag and there aren't any that I could find. I bought a very nice waterproof fanny pack from Sweden to wear in front of my waist as a replacement for a tank bag, but I think I'm going to mount a small waterproof hard case on the same place you mounted the Giant Loop bag.

Hmmm Robert, the bag looks nice but not being waterproof is a bit of an issue. Camera and lighter would I put somewhere else. Surely there must be another bag on the market that’s waterproof. But a great idea anyway.👍🎅🏻

Banana shaped little so if you want to bring banana's then that would be ideal.......Gold!! 😆😆

Great, i have the Wonderlick bananabag. Like it when not using the tankbag 👌🏻. Less bulky than a tankbag when only need some snacks, the gopro and i.e. A multitool, last but most important the blue termos for some small coffee's ☕️😁

Neat bag Robert...it looks like a bit of kit that becomes part of the bike! A while ago I suggested to Kriega that they make something similar, but fully waterproof, they liked the idea but we shall see!. Are you still able to ride over there.... ? Cheers, Steve

Yeah waterprotection would make it perfect. We still ride as long as its above zero and no ice. Lets see what this winter will be like.

Waterproof? It’s pretty simple to protect your things inside if you’re in a heavy rain. But we constantly update and improve our products, so keep up and pay attention

No I have not had problems yet. Now i use an android only for navigation and dont care about camera anymore. 😊

it's not waterproof... so it is useless on ADV bikes.... to bad GL missed that
