Get ready for a chilly adventure! ❄️ We kick off the New Year by hitting the road in our RV-right in the middle of a fierce cold snap! 🥶 Despite freezing temps and diesel fuel worries (gelled fuel, anyone?), we decide to brave the elements. After an oil change detour, we point ourselves westward through icy roads and snow-filled landscapes. Our first overnight stop is at a Harvest Host location, where we get a cozy break surrounded by rustic farm views. Then we head to a separate Love’s RV stop where an uncooperative electric hookup tests our patience! 😅 Once we power through and refuel, we make a pit stop at Buc-ee’s-grabbing brisket, pulled pork, banana pudding, and capping it all off with a Mead Tasting that truly hits the spot. 🍖🍯
