Hmmm, never had an issue with my Manfrotto carbon fibre but that thing looks so much more compact. Do you find it tall enough?

Hey Greg! I'm about 6'5" (198cm) and I know you're tall too. I do wish it was taller. Most of the time though, I'm shooting lower to the ground, so it's not a big issue. There has to be some tradeoff somewhere between height, weight, and how compact it is. It's definitely not perfect. But like I said, for a TRAVEL tripod, it's the best one I've found.
