I like the look of the moment camera bag but swear to god its uncomfortable as fk.

The strap specifically?

@MikeBSalazar I would blame the strap attachments. It's in a position where the camera weight is not properly balanced and when the weight hits the front, the bag starts to sag forward. This means the bag is trying to pull itself down and your shoulders would be preventing that which creates a lot of pressure for the shoulders. My camera gear is max 1.5kgs including lens and an action camera.
