Your video is good. Floating neutral is called neutral shifting be cause of unbalanced load. Same thing is applied in generators or alternator. Grounding in aviation, motor car or electronics equipment is different where system is working on DC. Here grounding I'd done to minimise the stray voltage.

Idk but in Canada, we send two phase and neutral to home supply. So you can connect 240V(for electric stove and refrigerator)and 120V to Neutral(for lighting, fans, plugs etc). We ground all the metal equipments attached to electrical equipments to prevent ground faults to create same potential between all the metal equipments

गच्चा खा गये न? आपने गलत कहा कि डिस्टिब्यूसन ट्रांसफॉर्मर का इनपुट वाइंडिंग डेल्टा कनेक्शन होता जबकि सच्चाई ये है कि दोनों स्टार वाइंडिंग होते है। ऐसा संभव नही है कि इनपुट डेल्टा हो और आउट पुट स्टार हो। जब कभी न्यूट्रल लेना होगा तो होगा तो इनपुट और आउट पुट दोनों को स्टार कनेक्शन करना होगा। याद रखिये । थ्री फेज ट्रांसफार्मर में तीन तीन वाइंडिंग होती है। जब डेल्टा कनेक्शन जुड़ा होता है तब ट्रांसफार्मर के हर वाइंडिंग का छोर किसी न किसी फेज से जुड़ा होता है दूसरे शब्दों में कह सकते है कि हर वाइंडिंग हर दो फेज के बीच पैरलल जुड़ा होता है।लेकिन जब स्टार वाइंडिंग कनेक्शन होता है हर वाइंडिंग का सिर्फ एक सिरा फेज से जुड़ा होता है दूसरा सिरा न्यूट्रल से जुड़ा होता है दूसरे शब्दों में कह सकते है स्टार वाइंडिंग में हर दो फेज के बीच हर दो वाइंडिंग सीरीज़ में जुड़ा होता है। जहाँ न्यूट्रल को अर्थ से जोड़ने का प्रश्न है तो अगर नही भी जोड़ेंगे तो सप्लाई में कोई फर्क नही पड़ेगा अलबत्ता न्यूट्रल , ज़ीरो वोल्ट होने के बावजूद शॉक मारेगा। न्यूट्रल को अर्थ से जोड़ने से न्यूट्रल में शॉक नही लगता।

Ground is for our protection. It is connected to equipment body. If equipment accidentally connects to phase, all current goes to earth/ground. While neutral is acting as return path as general. Neutral is not connected to equipment body.
