Once you get started, they will fly by and you'll be wishing there was MORE (and there is more to come!). In regards to One Pace, I would say just skip fillers and flashback episodes, but don't do One Pace. Sometimes having situations drawn out makes the payoff SO MUCH BETTER. One Piece is a journey that deserves not to be rushed. Doing One Pace means missing a lot of interaction among the crew and little character moments that make them more endearing.

It’s a mixed bag. There are moments where the anime expands things and it adds weight, but then there’s the 27 Rebecca flashbacks, or the one Wano sumo scene that drags on for like 6 times what’s necessary.
