Alcohol is a friend of every occasion and just like most countries in the world, it is also a huge part of ours.

Nepalese make alcohol from grains, rice and even apples. The strength of the alcohol can vary anywhere between 12% to over 40%.
"Bhatti" is a small, cheap bar where you can get homemade alcohol and also side dishes (often fried/grilled meat dishes) that go well with it. Visiting a bhatti is probably the most authentic and traditional bar experience if you ever visit Nepal.
