This is another typical story of penile implant surgery where patient came to us after lot of research expecting a penile implant without hinge. We tried to convince the patient that implant without hinge is not a good option due to problems with concealment or hiding the implant. The patient got the implant without hinge and then he was shown the results and problems within the operation after which patient gave consent for changing implant to hinged variety.
