The song Gira Gira is about how ugly she felt, when she said "honestly, my face is as if god drew me with His left hand" its saying that god 'drew' her poorly, since most people are generally right-handed. At the end, she also says "how much happier i would be if god was left-handed" implying that she wished god was left-handed when making her, so she could look prettier Gira Gira translated to 'shining brightly' but its the sound of sparkling as well in Japanese, which is also why theres mentions of '1mg of fireworks sting my eyes'

On top of that "kira kira" is the japanese for "sparkling pretty" (kinda) whereas "gira gira" refers to the dull shine of something like bronze. Essentially saying that she shines, but it's not the conventional way but her own way. Sorry if the exlanation isn't the best.
