To be considered a Black Swan event it must meet 3 criteria, 1 it must come as a shock or surprise , 2 it must have a negative life altering consequence, and 3 when looking back on the event a person will admit it was predictable. Hmm. As a dancer, I appreciate the love for modern/contemporary dance because it is not always appreciated the way it should be. However, it is an injustice to other styles of dance to claim that they are only "real dancers" because they can do contemporary. A hip hop influence does not deteriorate the value of the dance being performed nor do elements of classical styles of dance make the performance superior. j hope was part of an underground dance crew before joining BTS and won competitions with them. Jimin was the top student at his art school for dance. Jungkook (who is also part of the dance line, although you did not mention him) is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to dance. V (another dance line member) is one of the quickest to pick up dances and remembers the most choreo as far as songs from their previous albums. And the other three members that are not in the dance line, RM, Jin and Suga, are all extremely talented dancers as well.

Jin called himself "Worldwide Handsome" as a joke. It started during an interview with a popular Radio Host in US in 2017. The host asked BTS abt many tweets from ppl asking "who is the 3rd guy from the left?" after BTS attended a red carpet event. So, the "3rd guy from the left" was actually Jin. BTS members told the host that it was Jin and Jin who was surprised seeing those tweets felt amused and said, " well I guess, I'm worldwide handsome" 😄. He felt amused bcos a similar incident also occurred when BTS attended an award show at home in S.Korea. Jin got out of the vehicle first and got noticed by many people resulting in many tweets asking "who's the car door guy". In fact, Jin was always got noticed first either by reporters or by local people wherever they went, Europe, Japan or US etc. That's what Jin meant by "worldwide". He is not saying he's the most handsome (many people misunderstood this nickname). Jin is actually a humble person.

The thing about BTS is they never stick to a common Kpop concept...every era/song has a different style. But there’s only one thing that is always present in their songs-and that is its deep meaning of the lyrics that talks about the importance of self value, dealing with self issues, one’s own passion, dissing haters, etc. and they never fail to deliver those important messages to their fans, the ARMYs. And the best thing about their songs is they’re involved in the creation process...RM and Suga are the ones who does the writing of most of their songs, sometimes the other members also participates... The Dance line is Jhope (Dance Leader), Jimin, Jungkook, and V. The rapline is Jhope, Suga, and RM (Leader). You guys should watch their live stages/concert videos! You’ll be blown away... they aren’t Dubbed as the BIGGEST GROUP IN THE WORLD for nothing... Great reaction and thank you for giving BTS another chance! You know, they're not the biggest boy band/group in the world right now for no reason. On top of their good looks, manic dancing and rapping, there's so much more beyond that. Sometimes your type of music may not suit the song or MV you'll watch so you will really need to watch another 1 or 2 that's more your type to get a feel of them. They don't stick to one genre at all, if you want pure rap oh the rapline got lots to offer from older albums to bside tracks and their own mixtapes. If you want solo songs of different genres they have that too. If you want the vocal line to blow you away, best believe they have countless songs too. And of course as a unit, they have tons of songs that span multiple genres. They are widely knows for their lyricism and meaningful lyrics. Each album and MV has a story and can sometimes interconnect with another MV or song its crazy. Overall, a lot of their songs don't have official MVs but are so great that we still listen to them everyday that's why they still topping charts. Quality and longevity. Thank you!
