And those who were given the Book did not differ except after knowledge had come to them, out of envy among themselves. And whoever disbelieves in the verses of Allah Indeed, Allah is quick to reckon (19) Then if they dispute with you, say, “I have submitted my face to God and to those who follow me.” And say to those who were given the Scripture and the unlettered people, “Have you submitted?” Then if they submit, then they have been guided And if they turn away, it is your responsibility only to convey the message. And God sees His servants (20) Indeed, those who disbelieve in the verses of God and kill the prophets unjustly and kill those among the people who command justice - give them good tidings of a painful punishment. You'd be tempted to believe that there was some force involved there trying to diminish the positive aspects of what this young man was saying. Dressing modestly is a basic requirement of Christianity and especially if you are reading scriptures, performing prayers or making an appearance in public. Marking oneself with a pen is also not allowed in either religion as far as I am aware. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Skin markings of any sort are covered in Islam as altering the creation so are not allowed with certain exceptions, I believe, regarding defects. He is correct that Jesus never told His followers to pray to Him what He actually said was to ask in HIs name. Reading through both scriptures leads towards the fundamental belief that one must accept the two major promises which are shown in the Bible. The first was, of course, for the coming of the Christ, the Messiah who was and is Jesus. The second was the promise made to Hagar of a great nation too numerous to count and that would be Islam. So when, according to the Bible, ALL will be questioned about that Prophet (descendant from the line of Ishmael (as)) they will have an answer. Unless there was some sort of requirement to accept that Prophet those words would not have been spoken.

Quran may not be changed , but islam is , through the hadith and culture many false practices exist in islam for example you love adhan but there is no adhan in the Quran , every sect in islam prays differently , there is no dress code in the quran but every muslims interpret Quran differently and dress different , practices differently , some of the practices in some muslim groups is even shocking. Because they fallow things other than the Quran.
