Great video overall, very clear explanation and scientific! One thing just, pretty sure your viscosity vs shear rate graph is wrong. Even though it gives the general understanding (i.e viscosity decreases over shear rate for shear thinning e.t.c) the slope is wrong, shear thickening viscosity is increasing over increasing shear rate but the slope of it is increasing so it should be nearly parallel to the Newtonian viscosity=constant line at the end instead of increasing faster

Hey great video! Just a quick question: if we plot the viscosity against the shear stress instead of the shear rate, we should get the same viscosity trends right? I ask this just because to me it's easier to think about changing the stress applied to the system since it's just a force over the area instead of changing directly the velocity gradient.
