Amy is the resident collaborative pianist for the Howdenshire Music Project as well as being on the committee.
As part of the Howdenshire Music Project's efforts to brings music to the people of Howden and beyond; professional pianist and committee member Amy Butler has offered to record special requests. They will be posted on our KZbin channel on a special playlist.
Amy Butler is from Howden, East Yorkshire - at the age of 15 she achieved the highest mark nationally in her Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music Grade 8 piano exam. Amy then went on to gain the ABRSM Music Performance Diploma. She currently studies with international concert pianist Martin Roscoe.
Amy then went on to study for four years at Oxford University, where she won a choral scholarship and performed in many university recitals. She graduated with a first class degree. Professional pianist Amy now performs across the country as a soloist, collaborative and ensemble pianist.
