The manufacturer PIKO currently has a German ICE-3 high-speed train in the fictitious AMTRAK paint scheme in its program as an entry-level package for H0 beginners. In addition, you can also buy individual cars for this AMTRAK-ICE. The ICE-3 would certainly be an enrichment on this layout. However, I don't know if the "ICE-3 AMTRAK" can run in digital version or only in analog version. I wanted to give this hint only for friends of AMTRAK trains who have no problems with trains with fictitious color schemes.

do they have a rotem cab car by any chance, made by anopther comany or somethijng?

To my knowledge, I don’t believe any manufacturer has produced them. I have seen custom 3D printed models of the Rotems and they looked great!
