That's why it's samosa not sambusa. Sambusa is basically with meat fillings. In India it becomes samosa with Aalu fillings. But here it's veg birayani and non - veg birayani.

Veg biryani exists. Biryani is not about meat, it is about rice. Biryani is about process of cooking rice, meat is just part of dish. Meat is not the whole. So we can replace it with paneer or chaap. Ab koi chiz pehli baar meat ke sath banu that doesn't mean vo sirf meat ke sath hi banegi. I don't know when non-vegetarian eat rice in Non-veg biryani, they taste something else but not the rice. While I understand the point you're trying to make, you've also got to keep in mind the current pandemic situation. They still have the whole boys hostel series going on. They had a video where they planned a date for Sadhika. If you go through their videos, the last 3 quiz videos haven't even crossed 200k views so, the audience is to blame as well. I'm sure they've noticed that too. Maybe they're currently understaffed, maybe they don't have the means to do all of those things that they used to. Brother the point is not that.. When the biryani is cooked with the layers of meat and gravy and spices The biryani gets its flavor from the juices that the meat delivers into the rice and then the spices gets blended and then it is called biryani.. It's not like just replace carrots with mutton and you would have non veg biryani.. The juices of the meat and combination of spices and mutton gravy is what makes it special.. I think now you got it..

The video is about them TRYING vegetarian biryani options, it's not imperative that they need to like what they try.

Veg Biryani is Biryani and pulao is pulao , nonveg Biryani is Biryani and nonveg pulao is pulao , you know once you cook , if the veggies /meat cook with rice then it's pulao , and if the rice and veggies / meat is cooked seperately and then again cooked together in layer with ton of other flavours then it's Biryani and I love them both , khana ho to Biryani best kyuki swad hai , Banana ho to pulav achi hai kyuki easy hai .

Yes but there is nothing which can be on dum with biryani (nothing in vegetables) and if you somehow get that veggie, it does not release as much juices as non veg does so it is not that good. Uk maybe a biryani which could be made with legumes would be a good biryani as legumes and rice go hand in hand thanks to their chemistry.

I've tried reallyyyy good veg biryanis. After converting from a hard core non vegetarian to a vegetarian. I'm so glad my first veg Biryani was so good. Definitely didn't miss chicken. I recommend trying from Itminaan Biryani. Paneer tikka biryani is amazing.

Our teeth are of herbivores, if you've ever noticed, we don't have sharp teeth like dogs or wolves ( they are omnivorous ). And Digestion begins in the mouth! We had appendix only to digest certain green enzymes, which became useless as human beings started eating meat. Also by your logic, every specie especially the carnivorous animals can think the same and eat human beings too, thinking God has created us for them to eat. For the sake of taste, these are the reasons human beings have created to justify their actions! The day is not so far, when humans will eat other humans and that too would be considered very tasty. Infact in many places, people eat human meat!

I am an ex-hardcire non veg eater and turned into a vegetarian since past 10 years...and I so happy I turned Vegetarian... vegetarian food is way better than non-vegetarian food. Saying it as someone who has had a taste of both the worlds. And yes there is so many variations in vegetarian biryani...and it's not pulao.

@@saniyasings7388 I wasa hardcore non-veg lover... there was barely any say that I wouldn't consume any sort of meat if fish or eggs...like here in our family they don't eat non veg on thursday and Mondays...but I would eat eggs or chicken outside with my brother or friends....that is how crazy I was about meat..but one incident and I never had the urge to you h non-veg again... well my brother took me to this big fish and meat market to buy mutton....and I have had never gone to any meat market before so I didn't know what I would be seeing there....I saw them killing chickens and goats and the sounds they were making while they were being cruelly killed, it literally made me so shocked, scared and disgusted...I literally threw up and started shaking and crying...my brother took me back home...i literally had fever and it didn't go for like 3-4 days...and I couldn't eat anything or do anything. Those sounds kept replaying in my head and those cruel scenes kept making my head hurt and stomach churn. Since then I had never touched non-veg. My family was so shocked and thought maybe I will just forget it and start eating after like few weeks if maybe a month or two..but it's been 10 years and I am so content of being a vegetarian. I am literally the only Vegetarian in my entire circle of both friends amd family. But I am happy.
