I realized in this talk that all existence is as that bell is. this made all the suffering perceived in this world is just a play of consciousness, not real, an object just like the clay pot and the sound of the bell. Namaste, the entire philosophy centres around the reality of death to begin with, because when that becomes real to us then we start enquiring about ourselves, i have personally experienced this when my father took ill ( of old age ailments) and it suddenly occured to me he would be no more, i wouldn't see him sitting where he used to etc,this went to such an extent that i would cry everytime i saw him,this was at my age of 60 and i have been consciously into hard core spirituality for the last 35years at least. What i mean is only when death strikes us as real, and not just like in smashana vairagya then we really really panic,because we realise the " I " ends.

1:25:00 Brahman never became the universe, the universe is Brahman, and it's been so since forever, it's only to us deluded beings that time and causality are realities, to Brahman, which is beyond spacetime and causation, such questions as to why and when did it become the universe are meaningless, also it doesn't make sense to say it's been like this forever, for that too presupposes time, and Brahman interpenetrates time through and through, time itself is like a pot to Brahman's clay, and it's meaningless to ask questions pertaining to a specific pot with regards to the clay, it simply doesn't make sense.

Time and causality are necessary for vyavahara,the kalpas, the yugas,etc come in the purview of time as Causality..its Brahman in manifestation and its real, however in the climb towards the Brahman we have to accept this as Maya illusion and division, otherwise we as we are already essentially brahman( this Swamiji continually stresses)cannot leave the creation to attain the pure form where we actually experience that consciousness, when we become that even for a second then its understood,here we become without our knowledge that we are becoming,if we understand then its not That,you see? Then how do we know,we know when we return to the creation,then the perspective has changed, but its not objective, if we feel i hv now experienced brahm,im realised,now im experiencing it,then its not that. We have to be naturally that, its others who will tell .Its an absolutely practical commonsense state without any kind of frills or attitudes.
