The Northland Mimic Minnow or a Jerkbait! Can’t go wrong in calm or windy conditions. Always fish shorelines with wind blowing into your face as it will push baitfish and also any fish towards u.

@@BillyYangFishing the northland mimic minnow is the winner at first nothing so kept trying different techniques and the one that won was I cast far let it sin on the bottom and reel slow and got 3 sandbass and 3 crappie but only had a little time thanks for the help!

Coming down the hill from the Grenville road, you can’t miss it on your left. You’ll see a drop box to pay. There should also be a dock either in the water or on the shore if early in the season.

you can, can’t fish it when it’s flooded because it’s a hazard. Every year changes due to water levels but this year dnr or the local law enforcement hasn’t enforced the fishing alongside the road. Goodluck!
