Although the dental occlusion looks good, Unless patient absolutely denied surgical treatment. I believe this patient would get better facial profile if she had Mn set back surgery.

Yes, her maxilla still looks recessed and jaw too far forward. The best would be double jaw surgery, to advance her mid face and bring the mandible back a little bit.

Agreed. It doesn't look like this was an ideal case for a nonsurgical treatment. I think there is a good chance that her underbite condition will come back later. She would've looked better if double jaw surgery had been in her treatment plan.

Patient probably felt very strongly against undergoing a major surgery. Got to respect the patient’s preference at the end of the day.

Can avoid do this if you can avoid this do it by any cost I’m serious you do not take growing and growing people in order to achieve a goodbye. This isn’t right and it’s terrible for the skeletal structure. I had braces Younger chipping now I look fine, but my bone structure is off and I’m finally getting Jaw Surgery20 years later, causes head and breathing problems tooth damage most of all so once again you do not do this and fool yourself get distraction devices you know I don’t know all the terms but anything that does headgear whatever it is do not remove you distract or remove the phone and move under very very desperate measures otherwise just wait till you can afford surgery until miracle comes up
