The only hero i heard that benefits from getting mods to their level based abilities is minnie... apparently, even if it is at the max level, it has a chance to be dodged/evaded or something like that

Takes awhile to collect mods, especially if free to play, just make sure you get the 2 mods from invasion every week! It’ll add up after a little while

@@BendyDH Man, I use your tier list to figure out which characters to spend those one first. BTW, should plug your tier list a bit on these so the videos build on each other, increasing the views and hopefully the likes and comments
