first wait till its april 1st then go to swamp and find a secret area with a cup then grab the cup and go to the stairway that never reaches its peak (i think it got removed) (for it to be easier drink a strong speed potion) then climb till ur at the top and fill the glass up then go back to the secret place in swamp then your done! youve successfuly gotten the fake chateruese periastron

The shard armor is in the happy home area after you go to the portal the shard armor is inside the house on the right
