대각선 모양의 층마다 다른 맛을 느낄 수 있는 레이어 치즈케이크를 만들었어요~
초코, 바닐라, 딸기 치즈케이크와 반투명한 요구르트맛 젤리 층을 한 조각에 다 맛볼 수 있어 좋더라구요~^^
각각의 층의 맛이 다 느껴지는데 생각보다 잘 어우러져서 맛있었어요~
틀에 테프론시트를 잘라넣고 굳히니 틀에서 분리도 잘 되고 테프론 시트만 제거하면 깔끔한 모양이 잘 나오더라구요~~
영상에서 나온 것 같이 큰 틀에 낮은 높이의 접시를 하나 놓고 틀을 기울여 굳히고 다음 층은 접시를 제거하고 평평히 굳히기를 반복하시면 색다른 모양의 케이크를 만드실 수 있답니다~
모양이 잘 나올까 걱정하며 만들어봤는데 한번에 잘 나와서 기분 좋게 만들었어요~~
모양처럼 맛도 색다르고 좋아서 먹는 재미까지 있는 치즈케이크랍니다~*^^*

▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 15.5 x 7.8 x 6.5cm
▶재료
판젤라틴 3g
크림치즈 150g
설탕 30g
바닐라익스트랙 2g
레몬즙 3g
50% 정도 휘핑한 생크림 90g
건조 딸기 3g
요구르트맛 음료수 150g
설탕 10g
판젤라틴 2g
다크초콜릿 50g
생크림 30g
판젤라틴 1g
50% 정도 휘핑한 생크림 45g
부순 다이제 쿠키 60g
녹인 무염버터 30g
▶레시피
1. 판젤라틴을 차가운 물에 담가 10분 정도 불린다.
2. 크림치즈를 부드럽게 풀고 설탕을 넣고 섞은 뒤 바닐라익스트랙, 레몬즙을 넣고 섞는다.
3. 불린 젤라틴의 물기를 꼭 짜고 전자레인지에 10초 정도 돌려 완전히 녹인 뒤 (2)에 넣고 섞는다.
4. 50% 정도 휘핑한 생크림을 넣고 섞은 뒤 반죽을 반으로 나눠 1곳에는 건조 딸기와 레드 식용색소를 넣고 섞는다.
5. 테프론 시트를 붙인 틀을 기울여 놓고 딸기 반죽을 붓고 평평히 한 뒤 냉동실에서 30분 정도 굳힌다.
6. 요구르트맛 음료수를 전자레인지에 20초 정도 돌려 따뜻하게 만들고 설탕을 넣고 섞은 뒤 불린 판젤라틴을 넣고 섞는다.
7. 틀을 똑바로 두고 굳은 딸기 치즈케이크 위에 (6)을 붓고 냉동실에서 30분 정도 굳힌다.
8. 다시 틀을 기울여 놓고 남겨둔 흰 치즈케이크 반죽을 붓고 평평히 한 뒤 냉동실에서 30분 정도 굳힌다.
9. 다크초콜릿과 생크림을 전자레인지에 40초 정도 돌려 섞고 불린 판젤라틴을 넣고 섞은 뒤 50% 정도 휘핑한 생크림을 넣고 섞는다.
10. 틀을 다시 똑바로 두고 (9)를 붓고 평평히 한 뒤 녹인 무염버터와 부순 다이제 쿠키를 섞은 것을 올려 평평히 해 냉장실에서 3시간 정도 굳힌다.

30g Sugar
2g Vanilla extract
3g Lemon juice
90g Whipped cream (whipped up 50%)
3g Dried strawberry
150g Yogurt flavored drink
10g Sugar
5g Gelatin sheet
50g Dark chocolate
30g Whipping cream
1g Gelatin sheet
45g Whipped cream (whipped up 50%)
60g Crushed digestive cookies
30g Melted unsalted butter
