i dont think problem is about the weaver pick. its all about the whole draft tbh. TS last pick NS which is quite good burst for collapse to ensure them for keep pressing and locking down TL. TL make a wrong move by having a mid riki for nisha which is unconventional and wayyy out of their playstyle. nisha always use strong mid heroes with high impact fight, tf they gonna do with riki, its a freaking creep with blink.
