God mode means you won’t take damage and you can still grab water/food. Ghost mode is just god mode but everything passes through you and you can’t eat food or drink water.

1. Aqua Yeti is a rare animal ;-; If you are lucky (like Sk who took it after 15 attempts) he will simply come to Yeti's place. You can recognize him because his face is blue. 2. Animals with God Mode don't have a real and proper outline (if the animal is stronger / weaker than you, also the red / green outline will not appear) I hope it is useful! :)
