We were there. Still thinking about that show. Incredible.

This is the first time I have ever posted a critique of a PG song. I have seen every tour since 1975, so I have a real basis for comparison. Two parts of this song I feel fell short of his usual brilliance: 1) The female singer didn't do a great job. The gold standard of vocals for this song would be Youssou N'Dour or Severah. The vocal should be soaring. Her's was not. 2) The piano interlude near the end. WTF was that. It was a tuneless random jazz piece that did not fit the song at all. This song is so iconic that it really must be the height of the show. Everyone looks forward to it. The only other thing I will say about an otherwise excellent show is that it did not have nearly enough classic material. I understand Peter wanting to do his new music - I really do. If that's the case, add a half hour to the show. People are mostly coming to hear songs from previous albums. No "Shock The Monkey," "Games Without Frontiers," "Shaking The Tree," "Mercy Street." Unfortunate.

Sorry- this was not a greatest hits or farewell tour. If they wanted that, they should have seen him on his previous couple tours
