Wow... didn't know about that Spice Fun Fact.. thanks for sharing 😊Also, Ottogi has been on my "To try" list for some time - will probably go for it this week. I love spicy food, but am okay with less spice too.

I think this is a worthwhile substitute for something like Shin or Namja if you're craving the flavor but not the mouth-burning. Ottogi's product line doesn't seem to be as large as the other major Korean brands, but people speak very highly of their quality. Can't wait to review more of their flavors!
