The thing that causes me the most trouble in Special Ed is getting Gen Ed teachers onboard with accommodations/modifications and behavior plans.

@Lisa - no lie! They have a lot on their plates, so I know they have a different a just as challenging set of balls to juggle. Just means having a good working relationship is even more important ❤️️. Thanks for the comment!
