Catfish is the best Freshwater fish to eat. I usually eat cocktail sauce or ketchup on mine. They make great po boys too. That fish you caught was a monster. Glad to see Tristan back on the channel.

Greetings from Wisconsin. Awesome video but it always makes me chuckle how y'all don't do beer battered correctly. Beer battered fish is a liquid batter and not a dry batter. You take the mix and pour a can or bottle of beer into it. Dip the fish then put it into the grease. It's Luke a Japanese tempura with beer as the liquid. If you get the right flavor it's the best fish you ever had. I actually recommend a good Mexican beer for taste. Keep the fire content
