I hope modding support is added. I also hope this is better than Banished, which just became a numbers game; that is, you were constantly assessing if you have the right number of ppl in the right jobs. Eventually, your Banished community crashed into an unstoppable starvation cycle.

Yeah Banished started out very promising but eventually it just devolved into getting your colony set up and just... trading and letting your colonists do everything. Modding support would also be a great idea for this game that could also combat having the same build for every colony etc. Like rimworld.

Getting them to do everything without devolving into the unstoppable starvation cycle is pretty important! That was the balance in the game that people worked towards, including doing it again and again with each population growth.

What if I realize the risks and am fine with possibility of nothing coming out of it but want to improve the chances with my contribution so that the developer can keep the lights on and stay satiated? People need to either be educated in the actions they take or pay the ignorance tax. No need to scaremonger. Never pre-order though.

Thanks again Nook for the game awareness. Didn't even know about this one! Sadly needs to cook a little longer. I cannot wrap my head around the camera controls nor the positioning. Also had my little guys bug out or something and decide to refuse to craft ending my short run of the game. They just stood there playing the little animations while nothing got crafted in the queue. :(

From what i have heard on other lets plays of that game, the bug you a refering to seems to be a well known one. The moment your stockpiles get completely full, the worker stop pretty much all work until you get it to be not full again...
