The Duduk is an ancient Armenian instrument. I feel like for the Armenian people they have a lot of holy tribute from being the 1st Christian Nation in the world, to Noah's Ark landing on Mount Ararat, to ancient text believing the Garden of Eden could have been located in Armenia, to Armenians having their own Quarter in Jerusalem. Not to mention the Duduk is make out of Apricot tree branch and ancient texts say the Golden Apple that Adam and Eve ate could have been the Apricot thus called the Golden apple.

You know that the fruit that is mentioned in that Genesis story is a “fruit” (“pree” in Hebrew)? No name is mentioned there. Different sages in Judaism name different trees; one of the options: there is no other plant like this that exists already in this world, it was something exclusive to the “Ga(rde)n of Eden”… (Not mentioning that we know nothing about the truthfulness of all these ancient texts)…

staring at a candle is a way to access ur 3rd eye. its called Trataka. its a yogi meditation technique however after 25 yrs of practice i alter the way they do it and use my 3rd eye to remove pain....
