Does the foam underneath start to breakdown?

Yes, if you use alot , the foam will damage..specially if you use thick stems

To cover a 10x10 stand, you'll need about 5 curtains. Each curtain is made to be 4 yards long, which is about 12 feet. For 6x10 ..three curtains would be enough

Interlock fabric is cheaper , thinner (2 way stretch ) Ity knit jersey is expensive , thicker (4 way stretch ) If you are starting out , interlock would be better to buy
