Sir. Nor ad 2 ml = 2 mg base noradr. So all calculation what u did is double 2 amp is 4000 mcg not 8000 mcg

2 amp (2mg) + 48mL NS = 40mcg/mL If we give @ 8mcg/min x 60 = 480mcg/hr 480 ÷ 40 = 12 mL/hr infusion 1 mL = 20 macro drops So 12mL/ hr x 20 = 480 drops/hr or 8 drops/min

2ml= 4mg bitartarate =2mg base. Base is the active form of Noradrenaline so you have to calculate considering 2ml=2mg not 2ml=4mg

Sir Noradrenaline in 1 amp (2mL) = 2mg so its conc is 1mg/mL
