So good! Nora's theory on us being depressed/anxious from consumerism is spot on. The book "Civilized to Death" by Christopher Ryan addresses this exact idea, plus backs up the claims with scientific and historical data. Highly recommend checking out the book!

I took my Son to a small concrete park yesterday - I made friends with the locals - told them I shouldn't be there(25 years since I skated) and I was gonna literally die. Managed a few Ollies and a couple of Nollie BigSpins on a bank. Also managed to smash myself a couple of times - but it felt good and my lower back pain I've had for about 5 years was instantly fixed after landing on my back/hip. Hands are bruised but back is good :)
