Sania Dutta I think it was in Noragami Aragoto episode 7, when (watch out, spoilers !) Yato finally has got his own shrine ^^ (by the way, I am sorry if my English is bad, I am French)

I have 3 times. When yukine got cleansed when both said: I thought I had to die. When hiyori remembered him in that red dimension thing, no clothes on(season 1 somewhere in the last few episodes): I love that smell so much... When Yato came back from the underworld by a soul call!
