18, horn, 12? Smart move with the aluminum cap I'd guess. I have a few jbl instrument speakers with aluminum dust cap as well. I'd bet it helps the mid and horn integrate nicely in this configuration.

An 18 inch woofer option on my OB speaker to help get a lower and massive low. As in general, the OB speaker is less on Bass compared to endclosure - Bass reflex speaker. The obstacle in the wide speaker cross-section is a distorted conus movement, a rigid material is needed - usually given a bone support on the part behind it, this I got advice from my friend -Roberto, but I have not done it because I see the Fostex FW507 18" with a tight wave surface providing better low frequency propagation and radial waves. Fostex Horn with metal casting provides a live on mid high and the fostex Full range 12" to fill the lack of mid frequencies between them.

Hello, thanks for your suggestions and i appreciate for it. there is a little noise and hum form the power of this Eimac 100TH SE, because the high voltage and large current and the use of AC filament on the final ridge give a small noise and hum effect, this is the lowest I can do. noise is not due to connector or cable constraints , may be from Air conditioner sound and quality of recording equipment - phone cam. Regards Ed

try raising the speaker wires off the ground so that no inch of them are touching the ground. Trial!
