Norayr Kartashyan and MENUA band founded in 2015, Menua Band’s goal is to introduce traditions of Armenian instrumental music. The band’s repertoire includes Armenian folk music, as well as music by the founder of the band, Norayr Kartashyan. The bnad represents five families of Armenian wind instruments: the Duduk, Blul, Shvi, Pku and Zurna. Being surrounded with talented musicians, Kartashyan’s main aim is to set a good example for young musicians who will represent Armenia’s rich musical heritage in the future.
