I am not a Christian but sometimes I read the Bible.. in the video the rosary starts this way ".. Jesus his only son.." but if you read in Genesis 6.2 it says "the sons of God saw that they were fair; and they took wives for themselves of all that they chose." So it states "sons". It is plural. So from the Bible I must assume Jesus is not the only son of God, correct?

No. The "sons" in that context could be understood as "being of his creation" in the same way we all are sons and daughters of God but only Jesus was his true begotten son
