Your bike's white color is beautiful...just so good looking. I'm not wild about the exhaust just too loud. It doesn't matter what I think as long as you enjoy it. I wish the stock exhaust was just a little deeper. Be safe thank you for sharing this video.

Hello, Thanks for your video. 👍 Does the Cat delete also saves in less heat radiating against your leg and feet ? I find that awfull. Expeccially with slow riding (offroad fe) it feels like burning my leg and feet. I want to get rid of that. Please be very carefull not to fall. Because that tarmac you are riding on will rasp the fles on your elbows and arms away until the bone and then some.

I was surprised the de'cat with stock can was so loud. The Wings were to loud even with db inserted. Did you have the "mic" placed on the side of the bike for the "on road" sound ? I'm sure the sound in the helmet might be different (not as loud) than with the "mic" placed on side plastic just in front of the can like the still footage. Also a lot of reverb coming off those "brick walls" making it louder as well. Watched another lads install "with" stock cat and Wings...sounded perfect. Nice low rumble not "raspy" or "plastickey" ... The best analogy I can give for the difference in sound between using and "not" using the cat with the wings is when the "metric cruisers" try to sound like Harleys by changing their exhaust. The Harley has a deep rumble where the metrics (Yam, Honda, Suz, Kaw) have a raspy high pitched thin ear splitting tone. Not sexy.

In Helmet I really like the sound. Not as loud as you hear in the video. The "raspy" sound cones from the decat witch I really like. If you use only the arrow the sound is deeper and less aggressive. Without dB it's to much noise even for my taste hehe. Keep In mind the decat is not only for sound purposes. It helps reduce the heat on the rear shock and on you legs at slow speeds with I ride frequently off-road

@@OmotardOfegante Paulo, yes, I have been researching the "de'cat" for those very purposes. However, it seems logical that the cat is heating up the shock oil. I thought for sure it could lead to failure, but from what I can uncover (various forums) the failing shocks were just poorly assembled at the factory and limited to a certain batch. The overwhelming vast majority work fine despite the heat from the cat. They either fail or they don't. Personally I still think installing a shield or de'cat couldn't hurt and would add to longevity of the rubber and oil in the shock. I am a fan of your vid's and have watched quite a few as you are one of the few blokes that "wick it up and feed it the beans" so we can see what the bike is capable of. You seem to have a bit of skill on the bike as well. LOL...Well done on those and keep them up !! That being said, in the link you posted for me the bike (for me) is still to loud. I know a lot of viewers sing the praises of the sound your bike makes, but I think of the folks nearby that "cringe" that live nearby when they hear that bike wail and snort echoing in the serene countryside. Unfortunately we as moto heads are responsible and crafting our own continuing demise. Diminished riding areas due to loud exhausts are real. Hell, you can't even ride on your own property now days without neighbors complaining of the noise (here in the states) and that is out in the boonies. Oh..forgot to mention the bike looks "awesome" with the new graphics and the Wings can. It really looks great and balanced with the bike. Not all aftermarket cans do...a lot of them don't.

@@stevebiron3036 Keep in mind the mic is next to the exhaust. in real life i dont think its louder then a with the Cat. its just a different sound. with can only its deeper and smother but in my opinion more annoying in helmet. without cat its more aggressive but seems quieter in low revs.

@@OmotardOfegante : many of the exhausts in the market are not permanently packed like the REMUS & STAINTUNE. They use a long shredded stainless steel webbing inside the muffler for lowering sound without any fiberglass packing. Other cheaper cans need to be repacked with this fiberglass deadener every 5-8000 miles - which is a hassle. I've had most of these types of cans along with REMUS & STAINTUNE...never have to repack these 2.

In terms of level the wing doesn't make it much louder. makes it a little deeper and a little less aggressive, and overall sound better with the wings. without DB its just to much noise for my taste. i run it with Decat+Wings with DB

That is just awesome Paulo 🎉. This is exactly my plan this summer get the Norden and a arrow or some other mid pipe/decat plus the Wings muffler. Just beautiful exhaust this Wings, just looks and sounds right for the 901. ❤ Paulo did you do anything to remap the ECU or add a power commander, maybe a free flow air filter by K&N? Because I believe it doesn’t need a remapping, all it needs is the filter, mid pipe and Wings muffler.
