Just stopping by to point out that he just seems really excited when he gets his kills, not disrespecting. Norwegians tend to be quite stoic unless they are truly passionate about something, then we tend to turn into giggling/laughing kids. I can’t comment regarding the use of caller and his hunting style, just that he seems passionate. Love from Norway❤

I’m curious about what part of his method you disagree with. I see a hunter hunting free range animals and being patient enough to take ethical lethal shots and then harvesting the meat from those animals.

I'm a hunter from united States. I'm not a big fan of your method. I feel like you don't truly respect and love the animal you are harvesting. I'll invite you to a colorado deer or elk hunt next year on public land. I hope that it will change the way you hunt. I've been wrong before, but it is just the feel I got from the video.

so what is the method for harvesting that species of deer for meat consumption??? there isnt any other method sooo? whats the problem with the method? that species of deer in that country you dont sit up in a stand in a tree and wait for. they have different patterns then american white tail, whats this man doing wrong?? theres a 100 percent chance he's harvesting them deer on farm land and the owner could have a nuisance permit, certain species of animals wreak havoc on crops, OR maybe he just has a few tags too take a few deer WHATS THE PROBLEM? im a hunter from the usa too alleghany mountains of pennsylvania and currently a living hunter in appalachia mountains of kentucky, i call deer in every year with a bleat, grunt, and rattling with horns, and legally harvest 3 does 1 buck, this mans species of deer in his beautiful country are hunted with a call, the same way you use calls for elk, dude you arent making any type of sense or logic period. your message sounds truly hypocritical just like 85% of americans today, this man is respecting what he harvests and truly loves the animal hes harvesting because hes being a part of yearly conservation, so i guess when you shoot a deer or an elk you rub your genitals all over it ,hug it, and kiss it, and do a chant dance around it, you sound like a woke democrat FUDD!!!!!!

I have the same feeling from this video. Using a decoy all the time ? It is not realy fair to the animals.

Well, to change the point of wiew a little bit. If you think scoping and long distance shots, maybe with injuries with several more shots to end it, is more correct way of hunting. I don`t know, is that hunting or sniper activity. I just write this cause there is a very important detail in your comment, "come to Colorado". Well, this is an other continent, terrain, conditions and different animals, where you can`t hunt like an american, sucsessfully at least. you would be surpriced how much work there is behind a hunt in Scandinavia, and other European countries, and how many times the animals draw the longest straw. There is a long history to find the perfect way to hunt in different enviroments, you got your way and here we got ours. There are even more failures to try to get it on film like this publication. (you are lucky not to have to watch all the hunts going back "with empty pockets").. Sorry mate, but I think it`s you who should concider trying a different hunt. And yes, we do respect the animal, even that a smile and a cheer is seen when the hunt is successful on the film. We don`t sit down and cry, most of the time 😊 Some of what I wrote is related to other comments, I know,. And it all ment to make you all think different and respect other ways of hunting, like we do to yours. 😊✌

Having different opinions and being able to have a conversation on them, it's great! We are all biased, and we lean into and agree with what's familiar to us. I know there's a lot more there the the video shows. He delivers a fair and fast end to the animal. I believe what the trigger is for some people is the "aggressive" calls. I've only seen intense calls like that for coyotes. I still watch his videos. If I don't agree with something doesn't mean is wrong. cheers!
