Looks very cold there! Do you remember the temperature the day you filmed? It's about 50 degrees Fahrenheit here most days in Washington DC. We don't get much cold until December.

40-45F is about normal for november. The other day it was actually freezing and snowing but tomorrow it is 50F so kinda up and down. "Real" winter starts in January.
