Certain things aren’t worth it. They are made for the sale and can be inferior quality (looking at you Zella). Others are overdone and sold cheaper later on (looking at you CeCe), and others have the same quality sold at Rack (looking at you Barefoot dreams). You need to just know what the good deals are.

Regarding Zela, maybe it depends on how you use your leggings. If your working out and leggings are lasting years, then higher end is worth it. I don't buy leggings yearly. But I have a good supply of fun patterns and black that I rotate of Lululemon (mostly bought at outlet). But I follow another influencer that loves them too. I only wear for exercise. I get better skincare deals from QVC. Thank you for the tips.

These are such great tips thank you. I love Nordstrom but usually don't buy from them; not a price thing, I simply don't have places to wear these beautiful items. I have fond memories of Nordstrom as my Grandma used to make appointments for a stylist and go get a bunch of clothes. I used to love seeing all the pretty fabrics. She used to say on the way home, "don't tell Ben (grandpa) what I spent." RIP Nana Mary

All good information, Jamie. Thanks for the reminders. I've been shopping this sale for decades at every card level and have definitely lost interest these last few years due to hype, inventory, quality issues, etc. There wasn't much in the catalog that captured my interest this year. Maybe I'll scroll online or be inspired by influencers. 🤷‍♀ agree, early wardrobe assessment is key. I don't think most people take the time to truly assess. I've never gotten up early to shop the sale, but it sure does beat losing sleep from staying up late to shop! If I'm going to lose sleep this year, it might as well be planned. lol 😅

I have to agree with the sale the past couple of years being a little less exciting on the items offered but I still was able to find some good things. It may have been due to coming out of the pandemic and all the inventory issues with manufacturing that retailers were facing. I am hoping it will be better this year since manufacturing has kind of settled in.

Hi Jamie....great video! I am now a card holder. Now that is dangerous! Thanks for the tip to add to my account. Last year I had COVID during the anniversary sale. Talk about $$$$$....CRAZY shopping and with brain fog I had so many dupes (not always in different sizes or colors although that was intentional). This year I will be smart and strategic.
