So if a bedroom has a door it will not be considered part of the square footage necessary. All bedrooms have doors. I will suggest to apply outside air to the ductwork return so if there is a leak the unit will have fresh air to distribute through the occupancy, There is also a concern not only about the ignition and how to apply the square footage rule. But if there is a leak the blower will also stay on the fan on mode distributing the gases inside the dwelling.

That's good it may give the insurance providers an excuse to increase their premiums... or on the other side not pay for damage due to having the furnace installed. Insurance companies are always looking for a way to wiggle their way out of pay for damages.
