Thanks, Daz. Your presentation has given me some good practical insights in to walking this. Cafes, stores, missing the Cley to Wimbourne section. Cheers, buddy.👍

Nice . Got to do that sometime. Looks a cracking hike , looks like a few likely spaces to plot up to. Take it easy . 👍

I've never seen such dramatic and varied skies - makes up for the lack of terrain almost

You're welcome. Can I be boring and ask you what your latest kit list is? I followed your Coast to Coast and admire your approach. I've also got the Dan Durston tent...and am keen to go lighter with my other kit. I feel a synthetic quilt and a synthetic puffy (plus long johns, socks and beanie etc) may be the sleeping-system answer for the damp UK. And I am keen to try trail runners (and embrace the wetness) after 50 years of using leather boots. So, particularly keen for any advice on: - quilts - shoes - rain jacket Cheers :)

Hi mate, yes synthetic might well be the answer for UK conditions. I have just got the EE Torrid jacket as a synthetic alternative to a down jacket. Quilt wise I'm thinking of ordering a synthetic quilt from Valley & Peak. If it hits the fan I like the idea of having synthetic insulation :-)

Great to see you back Darren, I've done the Norfolk Coast a couple of times, great variety. Oh and by the way Stiffkey is pronounced "Stookey", and Cley is pronounced Cly (as in sky). Still a good video. All the best.

Really want to do this walk, but will try out all my new shiny kit on a local wild camp first.
