This also marked our last season in the big 12 and then the season after this we would go on to lose some of our best players, Pressey waived to go into the draft, Bower graduated and tried to get drafted, English and Denmon were drafted following this season.

Louie Akporji this should have been the first 16v1 though because Missouri was #3 overall and there are 4 1 seeds, and according to a stat website Norfolk St. was a 15.8 seed, which should round to 16.
