Wow! Amazing video! 611's working hard on those grades. Love the panning techniques you use!

Nice shot in the field across the bridge there in Goshen! Got that one myself a couple of times on my trip this past weekend.

Doing what she's suppose to do, incredible footage. I'm even laughing that Amtrak ran on some good ol jointed rail!

The 4th steam locomotive to our knowledge that has pulled double decks Ala CNW and Santa Fe

The #611 is back on the mainline once more. CP #2816, N&W #611 and ATSF #2926 have proven no mainline steam excursions now people wrong. These three have taken steps on the mainline. The N&W #611 is a beauty alright.

611 sounds like she has a cold by the way that whistle sounds
@MiddleTennesseeRailProductions11 ай бұрын
It was tuned to sound identical to how her previous whistle sounded in the 80's and 90's. It ain't perfect, but it's pretty darn close.

611 yes works very hard, BUT do you know why the two diesel engines at the end of the train departing from Goshen ?
@MiddleTennesseeRailProductions11 ай бұрын
The reason for the diesels is explained in the video description.
