As someone who raced on this track when it was still a rally track, its odd to see it being paved over. The cutouts for the rally track seemed really deep as it seems relatively flat now. Interesting to see how the Japanese racing scene is growing more favorable towards asphault tracks instead of rally tracks. Will miss seeing this track as a rally course.

You should order a twin size air mattress on Amazon and get a 12-volt air mattress pump and leave it in the back of your van for when you need to sleep. All you need to do is blow it up and lay it over the seats and it will feel like you're at home. Obviously bring some pillows and blankets as well.

Dig the van, for a 2007 model it still looks modern, although the switch gear reminds me of a mid 2000's Corolla. 3S-FE used to power the boxy Celicas, come to think of it I haven't seen one of those on the road for ages, or a Celica Supra or MA70 for that matter.

As a rally fan and a rally driver, it's sad seeing one of All Japan Dirt Trial Championship dirt tracks is gone forever (thankfully they have more) but I guess it helps to keep the track open to public with new layout for drifters to play. That I can understand, good content.
