It's that time of the year once again. We're here to celebrate a Chinese New Year, and what better way to do it than to eat at some of the best Chinese restaurants in Las Vegas. I've been wanting to do this video for awhile anyway, so what better time than to do it for Chinese New Year, the year of the Tiger for 2022. I'm going to show you places where you can get mapo tofu, dumplings, lamb, handmade noodles, pecking duck, pork belly, and a little surprise that not even I was expecting. Great video…. First off love when you have Phil on the show he knows his stuff. Secondly so glad to see you getting out of your comfort zone and try new foods which is something I encouraged everybody to do(i’ve had jellyfish and I agree it’s definitely hard to explain the taste and texture) Lastly loved seeing the Peking duck since I was just in Vegas last weekend recording a video on that….
