Well explained sir, from my side some extra points are 1. Always first do sieving by 90 micron sieve if the cement is not fresh and also calculate the moisture contain in the cement you are going to test. Because in site cement is sometimes way more older we think and its also important to test cement authentication. 2. For Fresh and good quality O.P.C. normal consistency is always approx 30% in my experimental knowledge and for P.P.C. its around 32% upto 30% fly ash contained cement. 3. Value is always variable so every batch of cement have to be test separately every time. Thank you and please correct if i am wrong .
