Made me think she's referring to living a lie for the sake of someone else or the idea of what there relationship is or should be. Which is no way to live if you can't be yourself at least to me. The song was amazing and so was your falsetto all through the song, especially the last verse. Anyway here is my rec this time: Audrey tell me by Juice They are one of my favorite bands atm their songs are such a vibe hope you enjoy.
