How would this be done if you want the base line to be 0 instead of 100?

Thanks for the tutorial! Very helpful! Just wonder, is it possible to normalize data from two independent experiments by subtraction? e.g. to its own experiment-wise calibrator?

My experiment has two groups of animals. One is treated with Saline and serves as the control. Another is experimental group treated with the drug dissolved in the saline. Both groups have a baseline day or day zero recording when neither saline or drug was administered. Then saline or drug was administered for the next four consecutive days to the respective groups. The long term effect of the drug has to be seen on the behavior and the data is recorded on three different time points- day 21, 31 an 41. How should I normalise the data in order to check the effect of the drug versus saline control group at each time point? Should data recorded on the baseline/day zero in the saline group serve as the standardising/normalising control for both the groups?

How would you do statistics on these data? Compare control group to drug treated groups? Thx much appreciated
