Dude it was a teaser. PT had ideas for things riddled in it but it didnt have anything to do with Silent Hills. This has been said by multiple people who helped out with it and were apart of the tram at the time of its creation. It has also been said by Kojima himself. It wasnt called PT even. That's what all Playable teasers are called.
